Found this picture on Expressens homepage, it is from an event in Stockholm. If you showed up in just underwear you would get an outfit for free. That is good marketing if you ask me!!

Filippa K's new sporty line

I am a huge fan of Filippa K and for the fall she is launching a new sporty line. Loving it, almost everything from Filippa K is making wanting feelings so I can't imagine this line to be any different. It is a sporty line for the chill moments in life, the moments you value the highest after a stressful day.

PITTI UOMO

Yesterday and today I visited Pitti uomo which is the Florence fashion week. Mostly menswear but I do not mind! Yesterday three girls in my class and I went there to be "man models" sort of.

 Ignore my face!

It was so much fun at there, so nice to just walk around an look at the different designs and brands. It is so big so it feels like it is never ending, which is a good thing.

Fendi Fatto A Mano part 3

I am very much amazed with the craftmanship at Fendi. It makes my sewing skills look like a child's work, and I am good at sewing!  And the Fendi products are in leather!!! Well lest say, not there yet!

This is just outside the shop here in Florence! The artisan was working in the window as a part of the window display and really fun to look at her working, as I said before, she is very good.

Twitter!

Today my twitter is being super active! If you want to know what is happening with the Fendi Fatto a Mano event here in Florence then me and my classmates will tell you. My name on Twitter is Higgow and there you can find the rest of my class.

Fendi Fatto A Mano part 2

In the store you can also se how the leather is "put on", a lovely lady working by hand! For the lamp it takes around 2. I like the mix of colours, looks playful.

Fendi, Fatto A Mano today

There are a lot happening in Florence this week. Today my school is working with Fendi, Fatto A Mano, witch is really much fun. Just visited the Fendi store here in Florence were they have the event, witch is there the hole day today and tomorrow, and we (my class at IED) will be there both days.

This is a lamp made by my professor Nachtigall. The leather is "Fendi" leather witch means that it match some of the Fendi handbags, imagine a lamp that matches your bag. This opens up for a hole new way of matching! I tell you!  

But the lamp is so much more than just a lamp, it is a friend. It can keep you company at night when everyone else has gone to bed and you are the only one still up or if you just like some company while you are working. If you work, like my father, as a writer the company of a lamp can be a nice little distraction when inspiration leaves you for a moment or to.

and just a little side not, amazingly soft leather the lamp is covered in, it is the same as the bags!

Nu var det länge sedan jag lyssnade på dem så när jag hittade dem i mobilen blev jag glatt överraskad, de är riktigt bra!!

OH YES! Detta är vad som händer när man inte är hemma på länge, man blir så nostalgisk!

Och man får ju inte glömma GES!!
Mycket tönt är jag, men jag kunde inte bry mig mindre! Jag vill ha svensk sommar nu!!
